Conference Centre (R750.00)

We have a lovely conference room in the main Hotel, and will set this up as you require.
The Set up includes the following:

  • The Bend’s Mineral water
  • Mints
  • Orange Juice
  • TV – DVD/Video Machine
  • Proximo
  • Big Screen
  • White Board/Flip Chart and Pens
  • Pens, pencils and note pads

Menu’s:

We would be happy to discuss the menu options with you, should you need to cater for diabetic guests, Halaal, Kosher, Vegan ect.

Other Activities:

Sundowners on the Mountain:

The Bend can take 3 persons in the double cab, and a few on the back. Other guests with similar vehicles can assist in transporting guests up the Mountain for Sundowners. R 200 for a round trip and R100 for each additional load fetched from The Hotel. It takes about 30 min up the Mountain and down again. Snack platters can be arranged, as well as beverages from the Bar.
Depart: 16h00
Return to Hotel: 18h00 (winter schedule)

Massage:

The Bend has a travelling therapist, who will gladly provide you with any therapy of choice in the comfort of your own room, or in the Hotel Gardens weather permitting. Please enquire for quotes and bookings

Fishing Clinic

The Bend will arrange on your behalf. Please enquire for package options: included are rod and real hire, flies pertaining to the current conditions, which guests can take home with them, training as well as fishing time on the water, with the instructor to guide you. Picnics or outdoor brunch/lunch can be arranged. A MUST do in the midlands!!! Please enquire at The Bend for bookings or more information.

General:

The Bend provides a tranquil environment, and encourages productivity by providing luxury accommodations, to ensure guests are comfortable and well rested for the day’s conference.

We aspire to achieve exclusivity of the venue for your group, and like to maintain a relaxed yet professional approach to the service we provide.

Meals are substantial, prepared with much care and planning, and although each meal is absolutely delicious, consideration is also taken into providing healthy alternatives where we can.

Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the facilities are re-let
